Here’s a simple technique you can use to get the big stuff done

So in the early years when I was just getting started, I found growing my tour business hard.

I was kind of flying blind and it felt like every day was a hustle.

It was just me doing everything (and it felt like I wasn’t doing anything really well)

I had no goals, vision or strategy. I’d never run a business before and I felt like I was out of my depth.

I was taking it day by day – and most of those days were getting chewed up with the small stuff.

So at a time when I was nearly ready to throw in the towel and go and do something else, my first business coach introduced me to this super simple but highly effective technique.

I embraced it instantly and I’ve used it with huge success ever since (and I thought it might help you too!)
